Screening Call
The first real conversation. In 30 minutes, we find out if your goals match our expectations. We ask sharp questions about your strengths, weaknesses, and how former managers would rate you. If we're both excited, we move forward.In Depth Interview
2 hours walking through your career, job by job. What you were hired for, what you're proud of, what went wrong, who you worked with, and why you left. We ask until we get the full story. This conversation decides 80% of our hiring decision.
Checking References
We talk to your former managers, colleagues, and reports. We want to hear their rating, your strengths, and where you had room to grow.
